最近Netflix限制了合租账号的不同IP地址的访问，想问一下可不可以实现服务端的白名单，把节点分享给同合租车车友，限制他们只访问Netflix.

通过配置 Loyalsoldier/v2ray-rules-dat，您可以实现仅允许目标为 geoip/geosite netflix 的访问请求。

原来服务端也是可以配置routing这个环境的吗？

That need they all config specific routing policy on their clients, it would be a pain if they are using something like managed clash config or rule.
Maybe do a reverse SNI proxy to netfix on your sever and don’t config DNS is a better choice,then tell them to add your server’s ip to their hosts file. You can then restrict allowed source ip on your web server to prevent unauthorised access.
